The recovery of debts is carried out on behalf of the securitisation vehicle by a professional entity, i.e. the servicer. Pursuant to an agreement concluded with the securitisation vehicle the servicer is responsible for management of the securitized assets.

The servicer has to provide full guarantee of legal compliance and high standards of conduct.

Asekuracja Sp. z o.o. is a member of Polish association of financial services providers Związek Przedsiębiorstw Finansowych w Polsce (previously known as Konferencja Przedsiębiorstw Finansowych) and holds a valid certificate of preforming an internal ethical audit, which certifies the implementation and acceptance of the provisions of the Code of Good Practice adopted by member entities.

The aforementioned entities are responsible for performing any action aimed at debt collection for the securitisation vehicle in Poland.
