Securitisation is one of asset management techniques and a dynamically growing segment of the global financial market. It finds its application in different economic sectors, in banking, insurance, service industry and commerce. Subject to securitisation can be debts originating from different economic activities, e.g. commercial transactions, loans, credit cards, outstanding leasing installments, or other receivables. Future receivables can also be securitized.

ASK Invest S.à r.l. specializes in acquiring portfolios of outstanding debts which originate from overdue consumer loans. By disposing of its debts, often hardly recoverable, an entity can avoid the problems and costs of engagement in a court trial and enforcement proceedings, and the burden, costs and risk inherent in the recovery process are taken over by the securitisation vehicle.

The acquisition price of each loan portfolio is determined separately, depending on the associated risk, and is payable partly through an issue of securities, the latter being redeemed according to the cash flow generated by the underlying loan portfolio.
